Details you send through the quote form (name, phone, email, postcode, description of the building, photos you choose to upload); technical data and cookies, only after you agree to them.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
To reply to your request and prepare a quote (legitimate interests / steps before a contract). To send news about our projects, only if you tick the optional box (consent). To measure how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies (consent).
4. How long we keep it
Quote requests: 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Cookie choices: 6 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@sanandr.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
