Alsecco Acrylic Brick Slips with silicone-rendered stair and balcony areas at Helena House.
SANANDR completed the Alsecco façade package at Helena House using Alsecco Acrylic Brick Slips, combined with silicone rendering to stair and balcony areas. The work brings together insulated façades and detailed finishing across the residential conversion.
The measured schedule includes 960 m² of brick-slip / EWI work, alongside insulated-render and render-only areas. The package was completed in June 2026.
