Restored Kensington facades combining a Licata smooth finish to the front with silicone rendering to the rear.
At More House in Kensington, SANANDR restored the front façade using a mesh-reinforced basecoat and Licata Artica smooth finish. The rear elevations received a reinforced Licata silicone-render system with a 1.5 mm grain.
The package extended across rear and courtyard walls, lightwells and roof-level areas, bringing different parts of the building into a coordinated finish. Works were carried out during 2024–2025.
