SANANDR carried out external wall insulation and silicone rendering at the Clements Lane development in Ilford. The façade build-up combines mineral-fibre insulation, an Envirowall reinforced basecoat and K1.5 silicone finish.
The specialist package forms part of a residential-led mixed-use development with 14 apartments above commercial accommodation.
