External insulation with 50 mm EPS and a 1.5 mm ATLAS silicone finish.
External wall insulation and silicone rendering to a private residence on Vincent Road. The specified build-up combined 50 mm EPS insulation, a mesh-reinforced basecoat, an additional basecoat, primer and a 1.5 mm ATLAS silicone finish.
Associated works included aluminium window sills and replacement of the cast-iron soil/vent pipe with plastic pipework.
